A trip to Whale Beach without any specific purpose. I figured it would be the last time we would visit a beach in a while. It was ridiculously windy and as expected there weren’t many people there. I tried my hand at some landscape shots but was soon defeated by the wind.
Here are some more sculptures, this time from the Tamarama side including the main Tamarama beach area. There really are so many sculptures it’s impossible to do it all at once! If you take just a few angles of each one you’d end up with thousands of photos!
Sculpture by the Sea is the world’s largest free-to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibition. In its 14th year, the event includes several locations around Australia as well as an exhibition in Denmark.
Whitehaven Beach is the most beautiful beach in the world, and a only short flight from Hamilton Island! A small group of us took a scenic flight and got to stay there for a short hour before heading back.

The Sculptures by the Sea, once again. We were already running late, then someone hit my car on the way, delaying us further. In the end, we only had about an hour of light, and only made it halfway through… It’s been a bad week since then…
