The Armor All Auto Show at the V8 Supercars Sydney. Again there were lots of different cars and competition entries, and the usual muscle cars too.
Back at the V8 for 2013 after being away in 2012. It was very hot as usual, and the crowds were a bit thinner than before. A couple of incidents on track this day.
Last year was my first Supanova, and I really had my hopes up for this year. When it started raining cats and dogs on Saturday, I was really worried. Luckily it was clear on Sunday, and it seems both day’s worth of people turned up at once!
These Chillettes were the winners of various local and state rounds at other V8 events during the year. Even then, it was obvious some of them were at a completely different level to the others. Some knew exactly how to act, others seemed still nervous to be on stage.
The Chillettes are the grid girls of the V8 Supercar Championship. This was their sportswear final, and when I say sportswear, it just meant wear whatever you like and show some skin.
